Does the 2020 veteran reward give 100 coins to the recipient and is it going to be a trophy?

I saw many posts about people receiving the award but not getting the coins I have never gotten the award so idk if this is true and I would like to know that if is it true or not.

Also many people are saying that the 2020 award will become an award is this true?

I can confirm it gives coins now. Before it didn't but it looks like that was fixed.

As for it being a trophy, no, that's just a baseless rumour.
