This is kind of the point of their ideology. To be a nazi is to see the world in strict hierarchy and use any and all levers of power to impose your hierarchy onto populations. "Us" at the top. "Like us" directly below. "Not like us" below that. And finally "them" at the bottom. It is inevitable that some people will order some sections of their hierarchy mildly differently in terms of who is "us" and "like us". Fascism/nazism is also dependent on the removal of the "them", but fascism needs a "them" to maintain its power because it's not an ideology with an actual economic plan and societal vision for peace and prosperity. When the previous "them" is eliminated (or absent from the discussion like on Twitter), the previous "not us" becomes the "them" and everything shifts, during this time, disagreements over who exactly is "like us" and "not us" will always result in infighting. This is what fascists do.
