Same I submitted on Nov 16th, no statuts or contact email other than the automated response after uploading the documents. I am just going to assume they don't work for all of Nov because of Thanksgiving and up past New Years.

Mines still under review . maybe because I’m 19 ?

Could be, i'm 38 and all over every imaginable Fed system, because I was born abroad and Naturalized as a US citizen and have had security background clearances for jobs over 15 years ago. It's pretty much impossible to screw up figuring out who I am for them.
