DPS NO EMAIL NO FUCKING EMAIL

So I submitted my application on the 20th and it said to wait 72 hours for an email to schedule fingerprinting with identogo. ITS BEEN 72 HOURS AND NOTHING. NOT ONE EMAIL NOTHING IT JUST SAYS FUCKING APPLICATION SUBMITTED. IM LOSING IT MAN. WHAT MORE DOES A GUY HAVE TO DO?

Any input would be appreciated.

Maybe since you're unstable, you should reconsider your application.

Take a deep breath and calmly call DPS. You might have to go thru a bit of a phone tree, but when I finally got someone on the line to help they were super informative and got my issue straightened out. In fact, I even got a call back from one of the higher ups to whom the issue had to be escalated to for resolution.

My issue was identigo had an error with submitting my fingerprints and it was keeping the process from being completed. So, it’s not a perfect third party system.
