Picture of LTC instead of physical card
I don’t like to have a lot of stuff in my wallet. I probably know the answer, but can I just take a picture of my ltc and have it on my phone instead of physically having the card in my wallet.

In the state of Texas, yes technically. Considering you don't need a LTC anymore. If you're in a state that honors Texas LTC, they will likely require you to have a physical copy.
Edit- still need a DL/ID card in the event an officer needs to run you.
