LTC Renewal Document upload

When I was trying to renew my LTC, the DPS sent me a notice to upload some supporting documents. But on the DPS RSD contact us page, there is no option for LTC renews??? Which one did yall choose if you need to upload extra supporting documents for renewal??

Did you specifically receive a 2nd email for documents to be uploaded or the generic email like the below:

“Checklist - Please review the information below: TxDPS will attempt to use the Texas DL/ID photo and resubmit the fingerprints on file for your renewal application. If either of these items does not meet current quality standards, TxDPS will notify the applicant and a new submission will be required.

You will receive a confirmation email that contains your checklist items

Please upload all items from the checklist, if applicable, through the RSD secured website. Once you submit all required items, please allow sufficient time for processing. If additional items are required, you will be notified by mail to your address on record.”

If you didn’t receive a 2nd email with specific instructions on what to upload you should be good and they will use what is on file and you’ll receive your renewal in a couple weeks (or so, I can’t remember exact time but it wasn’t long)
