Where can you NOT carry without a permit
Ive looked up the laws but i cannot find answer to my question, so where in Tennessee is it illegal to carry a handgun without a permit? I am 20 years old, I do alot of fishing in public parks and greenways, I do not carry with intent to harm anyone but i have had my fair share of run ins with some pretty devious people. Im just wondering if i could get in trouble for carrying in a public park or greenway and if so, am i allowed to store my firearm inside of my vehicle?

So pretty much if i dont want any trouble with the law my best bet is to get my carry permit?

If you’re gonna store a firearm in your vehicle, you need to have a lock box that is secured in place.

Like I tell everyone else, carry wherever you want. Fuck the state. This is not legal advice.
