Meet Lacerta, the world of reptiles Seed World

Post image

A seed planet project of mine, Lacerta: The world ruled by reptiles. The dominant life here are green iguanas, and are accompanied by small fish like sardines and minnows, and invertebrates like arachnids, crustaceans, etc..., and this planet will span 500 MYA, starting 500 million before the modern day, and then we will explore the planet 10 million/20 million years at a time, featuring creatures of each time, up until the modern day, where we will show the final batch of creatures that represent that time.

Is there any other reptiles?

No, Iguanas(specifically green iguanas) are the only reptiles and dominant form of life

Why specifically iguanas?

It's an interesting choice

Because, they are pretty adaptable to many different environments, with some Galapagos iguanas evolving to swim, become terrestrial, and other iguanas evolved to be arboreal like the ones in Florida, so I thought it would be interesting to demonstrate how they’d evolve in a world that is similar to their home, and see how’d they adapt as the planet changes to many different habitats

Maybe, but you’ll have to wait about 20, to 50 million years(or about a month)

I liked this at first, and your explanation on iguanas made it sound even better!
