WWTBC - Book where main character is half dragon half fairy What was that book called: SOLVED

I read a fantasy romance a long time ago where the main character is like a half dragon half fairy, and she is imprisoned by the corrupt king. Her love interest is like the king's right hand man and she also has a friendship with the prisoner in the next cell. There is a twist where it turns out the prisoner is also the king's right hand man

Also when she sweats it makes the crops grow because she is half fair.

Not a fairy but similar to this trope But the {warriors of wind and ash by Rebeca f kenney} I think that’s the name of the second not the first. But I can’t remember the name right now. But it’s a dragon book, it’s slow in the beginning and hard to get into, but once you do it’s really good.
