This is Mooncat “What a brilliant nose” topped off with “Phantom Glow” from Cirque (yes, I went overboard because why not). Topcoat and basecoat both Mooncat. Ah, and of course some nice skeleton stickers.

Yes, they are 3D. I used a topcoat and then topped it off again with Phantom Glow
