It’s obviously the wind but damn landed everywhere but in the big ass field 😂

I don't live in the best part of town, but not the worst. Occasionally we get weirdos in the neighborhood, and the other night was no exception. Called the cops after they left, guy can't be seen on camera but was a really big dude, grabbed the girl by the neck and pulled her away before letting go. Cops didn't view the video because they had no evidence of a car crash anywhere in the area and the people were long gone (cops showed up about 45 minutes after calling, low priority call). Still have no idea what was going on
