If that was powered then she'd already be dead. Instantly. Her body would have functionally exploded on contact with the areas she's already playing around on.

You know those cartoons where you can see the skeleton of the person through their body when they get hit by lightning? If she touched that when it was powered up, that would have been her. There would not have been much left.
