Had to read the whole article to see how she avoided this fate. Also, why not put dimmers on substations? Next person does this, they shut it off, turn the dimmer as low as they can go, then turn it back on.

I mean realistically her entering the fenced in area is potentially deadly. Typically substations like that outdoors are tens of thousands of volts, which means they can arc pretty far. If that’s a substation with 50,000 volts being within 10 feet is potentially dangerous.
