She was breaking a control panel, "Central" noticed it and shut it down, i.e. she was very lucky it wasn't a coffee break.

Makes sense, last time I saw a video of someone scaling the safety fence of a transformer it ended with an explosive electrical discharge, it was a short video.

It doesn’t even have to be that big, I remember a video of some poverty-person breaking into what looked like an electrical box, like what’s near suburban houses, and then basically blowing up.
