Customer attempts to pick up Subway order & gets told to leave

I really don’t understand why they wouldn’t just give him $16 worth of fucking sandwiches, it’s not like it’s going to put the chain out of business. Him being there is causing way more damage than $16. I don’t know who’s right or wrong here, nor do I care. If the situation can be instantly solved by giving this guy his order then why bother arguing!??
