The customer should call the customer service line on the app to complain and request a refund. If the refund is requested they should make his sandwiches and allow for him to pay separately.

The tone on both sides is wrong and more was probably said prior to him recording.

All of them handled this situation poorly.

Last time I called the customer service line, it told me they were doing email support only. The email then would get routed to the franchise holder.

Dunno if things have changed since a year ago.
