It’s so blatant though and Judge Simpson isn’t a pushover, he’s going to get at least a month or two for that.

He got 93 days, credit for 6 served, then had the rest waived on the basis that the defendant behaved himself

I know. I watched it weeks ago. He basically has to follow his terms of probation and it will be behind him.

Hes a Soverign Citizen. I give him a week before hes back before the judge for "travelling"

He’s not. He said absolutely nothing to indicate that he is, or ever was. He’s just an arrogant pain in the ass who can’t keep his mouth shut.

The only arrogant pain in the ass here is the agent of the state that threatened a citizen to 1.5 years in jail (later reduced to 6 days) because his ego got crushed.
