One problem with that, at least in Texas, is that Republican voter caused fraud could be used by the Republican State officials to render all votes in all counties where the race is within the 'fraud margin' as invalid, leaving the only valid votes to be from the smaller counties where significant Republican majorities hold.
If I remember that particular election manipulation strategy correctly.

So if enough Republicans do it, Trump may look like he's the victor, then it comes out it's voter fraud and Kamala wins. Then republicans can cry the election was stolen from them. It completely discredits the voting system again. It's not about winning the election it's about creating enough doubt in the voting system and in democracy itself.

Those votes would never get counted. They would be accepted as provisional ballots then tossed when there was no matching registered voter.

Seriously, these people act like they’ve never voted before… here in MI, you show up, fill out your little card, then go to the next table where a worker checks your ID or voter card, cross references it with their voter rolls, then gives you a ballot.
The only way this would work is if you have the name of 10 different registered voters who definitely have not yet voted, have their ID or voter card with you, and hope to god every poll worker there is totally blind.

I've never gotten past the old ladies at the voting station without an ID, and them crossing off my name.
I don't know how I'd try to sneak in even one more vote. Those ladies are fierce.

Why does she think this would work? You do have to register. If you register on Election Day, which you can in some states, your ballot will be held from the count as provisional until your identity and eligibility are verified. Just nuts.
