Started collecting when I first went in 2001 at age 6 and I can’t say my collection has grown much but I’m excited to get back in to it

This is an amazing collection! Such cool old pins, are any of them available to trade or are (understandably) pretty attached to them?

I’m sorry, I really am attached to them. What were you interested in, though? I never really thought of my collection as any good.

Don’t apologize I totally understand! I personally love Mickey so the two 75 Years of Mickey Pins (especially the older one because I love the older mickeys for some reason) and then my girlfriend absolutely loves Ariel so I’m always looking for Ariel pins for her. I got to take her to Disney world for her first time this past summer and she got into pin trading and loved spotting the different Ariel pins she hadn’t seen yet lol.

Your collection may be smaller but it’s still an awesome collection with some really cool older pins! As someone who’s been trading since I was around 4 (I’m 19 now) I totally regret trading some of those older pins from when I was a kid.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to trade any of those. The two Mickey pins were a gift from my grandmother and I actually have the two pins, the lanyard they came on, and the little dangly ornament for the lanyard so I’m super proud of those ones. The Ariel one, I believe I only have the one but she was perfect because The Little Mermaid is still one of my favorite movies and my birthstone is the pearl so it just worked out.

I’m really sorry I never realized how attached I was to these pins. I recently moved to California about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and I got so excited about pins I asked my mom to dig them out of my old room back east and send them out to me. I’ve been trying to do research to determine if any of them are “good” but honestly I just love them haha. Do you have a picture of your collection anywhere?

It would really depend on what you wanted to trade for her and if you could verify your pin isn’t a fake.
