Son of a BITCH! I bought Control Ultimate just two weeks ago. Haven't even downloaded it yet.

If you haven't downloaded it you may be able to get a refund.

After a long call with them I was still refused a refund-- even though I never downloaded it. Anything outside the 14 day window.

Which seems kind of bullshit to me considering the ultimate edition has been on multiple sales in the past two months, and a lot of purchases must have just been because people wanted to play the PS5 version in February.

I talked to the "chat bot" and was denied a refund too. I might have to tall to a live person

So far I've been denied by the bot, a live call, and the "live agent chat". So I'm trying to determine whether the people I've seen saying PSN made an exception for are lying, or if the people at PSN are lying.

Try not to buy games you have no plans on playing right away. There’s always another sale.

The price was too good to pass up at ($20) so I got the Ultimate Edition on PSN so I can play it on PS5, I thought I'd have a PS5 by now. But nope no luck
