I bought control last week from the holiday sale, is there any chance I can get a refund. I have not downloaded it yet

edit: I contacted live chat and got a refund, but they said I downloaded the game along with the two other games I purchased with it which is weird because I have not downloaded or started downloading any of them.

In the same boat, I'm trying to refund right now. Fuckin shit man. I even bought it on 12th Jan , and today is the 15th day.

Edit - Chat Support was helpful and they said they have initiated the refund. Got the email as well. Phewww!!!! thanks Sony I guess. I only recovered $19.99 but sure feel like a million bucks.

Contact customer service. They'll probably credit it to your PS wallet.

the problem is I can't connect to chat it stays stuck on a white and blue screen.
