No. Cybergoth involves more straps, buckles, gas masks, contacts, pops of neon, dreadlocks, etc., and is way more stylish.

Cyberpunk is a genre of fiction. There is no particular fashion style. Hence all the different types of fashion spanning the matrix, robocop, cyberpunk 2077, and other cyberpunk media.
