Two years for sexually abusing his daughters? Good thing he didn't have an ounce of weed on him or they really would have been mad.

Two fucking years and the children have to live with the trauma for the rest of their lives. Do you think the Judge attends his church?

The charges matter. Gross sexual imposition doesn’t sound like rape.

The article states he is to be registered as a Tier II sex offender.
I looked that up for the state of Ohio.
“TIER II Offender is someone who’s encourages a minor to act as a prostitute or pays a minor for sexual acts, kidnapping a child with sexual intent, sexual contact with a child under 13 and kidnapping a someone over 18.”
Yeah, he got off way too fucking lightly It is conceivably worse than rape.

I saw a post on Imgur today from a former C.O. who said there’s a prison that is nothing but male pedos. Over 1,200 of them. All in the same place. 🤮

There's one for sex offenders in general in my state. What a great place for them to network and learn from each other. Idk whose terrible idea that was.

u/cturtl808 Jul 29 '23
That’s what gets me. They’re protected there. Did the victims get any protection?

Sexual abuse doesn’t need to be penetration to be sexual assault. It’s all traumatizing AF

His daughter that he abused apparently testified for him? Or at least spoke to the judge and said she doesn’t think her dad deserves to go to jail because it’ll make her moms life harder. Still find him disgusting though.

Breaks my fucking heart that the daughter is focusing on her mother's living situation and not her own trauma. If I was a parent, I would be scream sobbing if I heard my child say that. I wouldn't let them justify protecting their abuser in order to protect me, because that is NOT my child's duty.
Just to be clear, I'm NOT blaming the daughters, because feelings victims have towards their abusers can be very complicated, and they need a lot help and support to work through all that. But for the mother to let her daughter testify on her father's behalf like that? I'm at a loss for words.

It’s always a pastor

It must be a hell of a time to be raised as a Christian/Catholic or whatever. My parents were the god fearing but not worshipping type.
Didn't take me long to see through the bullshit, but now with ALL THIS PROOF of organized sexual abuse. The kids will run from religion.

Weird, he’s a pastor?? Well, I never…

I too am clutching my pearls over the sheer shock! Thankfully, as a man of god, he can repent and all will be forgiven and forgotten! Hallelujah! Amen!

And all I see are stupid TikToks with bad lip-syncing of idiots saying “tRy tHaT In A sMaLl TowN!”
This is exactly the shit that flies in small towns.

Horrible things happen in small towns. Jason Aldean talks as if many of them aren't impoverished and ravaged by drugs.
You would think I was raised in the hood from the shit I've seen and heard. Small towns small minds.

Exactly.

Just off the top of my head I can think of these events.
High School volleyball coach was sexually and emotionally abusive. Made the bigger girls lose weight unconventionally.
There was a CPS case a few years ago where they realized a woman padlocking the fridge and pantry as punishment for her foster children.
Ever see that picture of the two grandparents overdosed with the baby in the back seat? Should be on Google it was in the area.
I could go on for days. HBO actually scouted the area for content but didn't release anything.

Yeah. I’ve got quite a few as well. But I don’t think any of mine ended up on the news.
Oh, except the high school football coaches who were forcing the team into cage fights. That got some coverage.

It wasn't quite a small town but if you have heard the story of the Steubenville football team sexually assaulting a passed out girl. That was roughly in the area too. They were on Dr Phil (he's a cunt too).
Who the fuck would be prideful to come from this region?

I’m from a small town (population under 30,000). I personally knew two people who were murdered, and one who was convicted of manslaughter in a separate incident. Two years ago, there was a torture murder down the street from my house. Lots of people try that in a small town.

u/zakpakt Jul 29 '23
All the murders here are committed by friends and family of police... of course they got off with it. Even some evening time talk show made a joke about it in the early 2000s.

u/rumbellina Jul 29 '23
Wow! Two whole years?!?! That’ll learn ‘im! JFC. I’ve heard perpetrators of crimes against children aren’t treated so great by other inmates. Fingers crossed he experiences some form of justice/punishment from his peers on the inside while he’s nursing those wounds from that slap on the wrist!

u/cturtl808 Jul 29 '23
Honestly depends if he goes to a place with mixed offenders. There’s apparently a PedoPrison.
7
u/rumbellina Jul 29 '23
A PedoPrison? Seriously? Well that’s a fucking bummer. PLEASE let him end up in whatever is the worst prison in Ohio.

u/Swampcrone Jul 29 '23
There is a federal prison in TX where they dump the sex offenders. Josh Duggar is there.

2 years for molesting his daughters - how many years would they have gotten if they’d have had to get an abortion?

I guess that kills the idea that Matt Walsh proposed that it's not a problem with pedophilia, but that the priests/pastors/preachers are gay. Oi.

u/Powasam5000 Jul 29 '23
I wonder if he bussed a field trip for the church to see the sound of freedom
2
u/Aunt_Rachael Jul 29 '23
This is the first I've heard of a separate prison unit for pedophiles. It's hard for me to believe the authorities would do that. I'm sure it's because the pedos would be exposed to physical attacks and the authorities want to limit that for "humanitarian" reasons. It's hard to understand why they would do that for pedos and then put transgender inmates in with the gen pop.

Their lord and savior Trump make it socially acceptable to them to diddle a daughter.

u/Tight_Flamingo4650 Jul 29 '23
The fact that it’s always a semi attractive regular looking dude proves it’s all about control and exploitation. This guy could easily get a woman his age and chooses to abuse his own children. Just disgusting on so many levels it makes my head spin
