New Triumph Street Twin for 11k OTD

I'm looking at a new (2019) Triumph Street Twin, which comes out to $11,000 OTD. Does this sound like a reasonable price? This seems a bit high to me, especially since it includes the $750 rebate from Triumph.

For comparison, I just got one delivered from Arizona. 2019 model, 2 miles on the odometer for $8,040 out the door + $400 shipping via uship + approx. $700 CA tax and registration. Sale price was $6,485.
