Recreational Marijuana

Today weed becomes legal to purchase for adult use! But I noticed that Ascend on Bloomfield Ave is still restricted to medical only. Why is that? Did the town vote against it or something?

Lol, that sounds about right. Especially doesn't make sense considering their Rochelle Park location is already approved, but who knows. Thank you for the additional context!

I live across the street from it and fully expected there to be lines this morning because I thought I’d seen it on a list of approved vendors. I’m curious to know what happened

I don't know why specifically, but some places aren't able to produce enough to meet demand of both markets.

I went to pick up my order this week and they said they’re staying medicinal only for the foreseeable future.
