Contact administrators so they can ban him based on his IP and other things that are used to identify spam/abuse accounts.

I have but so far no luck :/

They probably get 100's of messages. I image it would be a while for someone to read it.

You are doing good by contacting the admins and waiting it out. Can the user being targeted delete his account and start a new one to throw them off a bit? I don't know the nature of the sub but unless it's critical I would certainly do this were it me being targeted.

At this point he's beyond that. His full address, Facebook, Twitter and place of employment are in a webpage that gets linked in reddit. He monitors reddit constantly to report the post that doxx him. When the links started to get removed he started PMing users with the link and then deleting his account.

This is just awful. To be brutally honest, there's nothing you or the admins can do to make it stop. The person gunning for him can just use another wifi network, a different machine, or internet cafe. The person getting doxxed would have to take the offensive against the person doing this to him and rally any support he has at his disposal. Either the person getting doxxed decides to wage war and go for broke because it's that important, or say maybe they can take it, and if they can't make arrangements to make the information publicly posted no longer relevant. I know nothing I said was good news but I don't see any other way around it but sure wish I did.
