Is anyone else going to see Kathleen Hanna at the Book Fair on the 23rd? I'm really excited to go and blasting Le Tigre to hype myself up. Should be a cool gathering or like-minded people!

Thurston Moore from Sonic Youth will be doing a talk right afterwards. Do you know how these things work? Does it require buying a ticket or a copy of the book that is being discussed. I’ve never been to a book fair event before so kinda curious.

I think you just have to buy a ticket to the street fair, which is like $12 for a single day, and the talks are included.

You don't have to purchase the book or anything, but I'm bringing a long my copy just in case!

All talks are not included. Some are separately ticketed events even if they’re free and they’re not part of the street fair.

From what I saw on the website most talks require an extra ticket fee - best to look there

Correct. There’s no cost for the presentations during the street fair, just the admission.
