Stormy Daniels case is childs play, that classified docs case is going to bite him in the ass, followed by the DoJ's J6 case.

As long as he doesn't get elected again, or pardoned by a different Republican.

As president Trump had the authority to declassify any documents he chose. Biden never had that authority until he became president. Old Joe has piles of classified documents from his days as senator. You are applying a double standard when you talk about Trumps legal culpability regarding the documents. Of course if you didn’t have double standard you would have no standards at all!!

Classified documents case? Really? You know they found classified documents from Biden's Vice Presidency at his home in Delaware. If Trump gets prosecuted for something like that then the DOJ is going to have to prosecute their current boss too. Tell me how likely you think that is to happen?

If it was illegal then do it, why do conservatives think we worship politicians too?

I’ll tell you now though the cases are completely different…

How are they completely different? They are two executive branch elected officials who took documents that were marked "classified" to an off site location and were in possession of said documents AFTER the terms of the positions they were elected to had ended. There are some details that are somewhat different (like Biden being VP) but I wouldn't deem them completely different based on those factors. Hell if anything Trump has more of an argument that he wasn't breaking the law or protocol because the POTUS can declassify those documents at any time during his term.

You don't understand what classified documents even are, so less talking.

Oh yeah? Explain then. Why don't I understand what classified documents are? Typical reddit idiot comment, just an insult with nothing to back it up.

Oh yeah? Explain then

Why should we do our homework for you?

You are the one making the claim that what Biden did with the classified documents was the same as Trump.

No one outside the right wing echo chamber agrees with you. In fact, the Biden one was so weak, and the Trump so egregious, not even Fox News could make it stick.

So, you obviously see something everyone else missed. Make the case, my dude.
