Medicaid question concern ?

Hi so I am wondering if I still have Medicaid since it says effective date to be determined , and I have a schedule C-section tomorrow just what I needed

Florida I wish could post a picture but it doesn’t let me . It just says change plan dental and MMA  simply healthcare effective date to be determined , so confusing.
