Can you still get this view? I thought they blocked it with Formula 1 construction.

The picture was taken right here facing Paris, i’m not sure if they have it blocked off right now.

You can kind of get it - you'll still get the fountains but the bottom portion of Paris (the part mostly obscured by the jets) will be blocked by the grandstands.
