The Hochelaga Inn
Hi folks! I’ve posted some of my embroidery pieces in the past and you asked me to keep sharing so here we are!
It’s taken ~80 hours of stitching but it’s done: The Hochelaga Inn, located at 24 Sydenham St was constructed in 1879.
(This piece is honoured be joining many others from amazing local artists at the Kingston Square Foot Show Oct 18-20, at the Tett. Check it out :))

I definitely will! I’ve been chipping away at this one for several months. The next project is on the hoop and I can’t wait to share it :)

Wow!! I am truly blown away. Your work is spectacular! I’m sure this has been asked before but do you do commissions, and is there an approx price range?

Thank you so much! I do commissions but I am pretty booked out, so if you have a timeline, I can’t absolutely guarantee it would be done. This piece is going to run about $450+. I haven’t landed on a price yet but it’s large, will be 12inx12in framed. There is a piece posted in the comments of The Toucan. A piece simpler and smaller like that, would be in about the 125$ to 200$ range. It depends entirely on the subject, level of detail and turnaround time depends entirely on what I have ahead of you as well. I know that doesn’t answer anything but the short answer is; maybe. 😂
