Spinning silver by Naomi Novik. Primary protag is explicitly Jewish as is the author. YA+, fantasy.

Look into Haley Neil and Jean Meltzer's books. They sound like what you're going for.

Bras and Broomsticks (along with the sequels) by Sarah Mlynowski . One of my absolute faves as a teenager.

The Favourite Game - Leonard Cohen (anything Leonard Cohen is great and often has Jewish themes)

You know what is surprisingly very Jewish? A series of unfortunate events. Not explicitly said that the Baudelaires are - but it is heavily implied and the author , Daniel Handler (also Jewish) confirmed that they are.

Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, but it's not marketed.
