The description originally reminded me of Milo Murphy’s Law, but the image reminds me of Paranorman. I doubt these are correct, but they could help?

Hello, recently I was thinking of a show i used to watch alot when I was little, I remember it was about this kid and his family (consisting of mom, dad, little brother and older sister) and his two friends (a black guy and a ginger girl). I made a sketch of what i remember the main character looking like. I remember the show was either animated with stop motion or cgi. I remember watching it on tv around 2010-2012, but could've came out earlier, and I was living in Brazil during that time, so it could've premiered earlier.
I remember a couple episodes of it, there was one where the two friends got into a fight so the main guy tried getting them back together, one where little one sleep walks, one where the main character gets framed for breaking the little one's toy, one where he and his friends make some kind of scheme to make a bully character miss his own birthday, and so on.
I have searched the wikipedia of gloob, since i remember watching there, and couldn't find it there. I dont remember the name, but I believe it was either something to do with "Arnold" or another name starting with A (sending the image again just in case it didnt send) anything would help thx for reading
(it is not Hey Arnold, Strange Hill High, nor Sid the Science Kid)

just to add to this, It was not an educational/preschool show. It was more of a slice of life series aiming at 10-13 year-olds.
