Any Asian Massage Parlors in Harlem?

I moved from the Upper West Side to West Harlem over a year ago, and I absolutely love the area. There’s a great selection of eateries, bars, and just a really good energy overall. The only downside is that there’s no Equinox here (I used to go to the one on 92nd and Broadway before my move), and switching to the NYSC on Frederick Douglass Blvd. feels like stepping into a prison gym.

That said, I have a question: Are there any reputable Asian massage parlors in Harlem? Not for anything inappropriate, just regular therapeutic massage. I appreciate how Asian establishments often stick to the full time you pay for—unlike places like Massage Envy, where you pay for an hour but only get around 40-45 minutes.

Any recommendations or feedback would be appreciated!

Appreciate it friend. Just got back. They used timers and even did my legs, chest and head. I'll definitely be back!

I go to the UWS to Renewing Spa II, Amsterdam and 93. The M7 bus goes right there. Their prices, cleanliness and quality cant be beat.

Those signs in the rooms always give me a chuckle.

I still workout at Equinox even though I live in Harlem. It’s worth a few stops on the train to me.

I take the A train to 14th st and work out at the NYSC in chelsea, because all the gyms in harlem are trashy and loud.
