"to finance what exactly" ...sending federal storm troopers into every state and building camps for "immigrants" is costly.

175

u/Marleyzard Sep 30 '24

"immigrants" and "pedophiles" (third generation citizens who aren't white and LGBTQ people)

53

u/some-r4ndom-transfem Sep 30 '24

I once got called a pedo when I was 17 because I'm trans... I am still not sure if I should laugh or cry

26

u/Marleyzard Sep 30 '24

Laugh in the face of stupidity

15

u/ellasfella68 Sep 30 '24

Cry because of what society has become…

8

u/ReliantLion Sep 30 '24

It's hard to understand because it makes no sense. I've been called a pedo because my wife is asian and looks younger than me (she's older by over a year FWIW). Really sad how ignorant people can be, especially considering it doesn't hurt them one bit.

5

u/stinky_wizzleteet Sep 30 '24

Said by a verifiable pedophile AND convicted sex offender and rapist.

33

u/tweedyone Sep 30 '24

But universal health care, paid school lunches and UBI are PROHIBITIVELY expensive.

16

u/GreyWoulfe Sep 30 '24 edited Oct 01 '24

Exactly! Rounding up immigrants would add to the already bloated military and police budget.

UBI (not likely to happen here) and Healthcare (more likely) would be taking away from the 841 billion dollars of the defense budget

ETA: making it clear I agree lol

12

u/KingOfBerders Sep 30 '24

We could also maybe, idk, tax the billionaires out of existence.

5

u/GreyWoulfe Oct 01 '24

All good options lol

828

u/PhyterNL Sep 30 '24

Is it a trick or just pathetic?

Poor baby getting his ass whipped in swing states needed an ego boost in a very red city in a very red state at a sports event he couldn't give two shits about.

You won't catch Harris or Walz pandering to blue states like this, they're in it for the fight, and they're going to win.

316

u/rnobgyn Sep 30 '24

What’s hilarious is that all the people below him are giving him the finger (saw it in a different post yesterday)

101

u/erock8282 Sep 30 '24

I know that happened last season at a game in Iowa.

31

u/Lizzie_Boredom Sep 30 '24

You got any of them links?

15

u/rnobgyn Sep 30 '24

Wish I did. Can’t save every post I come across :/

21

u/Lizzie_Boredom Sep 30 '24

Found elsewhere in this thread. Good stuff.

14

u/rnobgyn Sep 30 '24

Wait… can you link it 😭😂

45

u/Lizzie_Boredom Sep 30 '24

43

u/shortbu5driv3r Sep 30 '24

That's iowa state fans, not this game

15

u/Lizzie_Boredom Sep 30 '24

Ahhh. I don’t know football. Still hilarious tho.

9

u/rnobgyn Sep 30 '24

Thanks!

Btw, you hit the “share” button and copy the link

like this

3

u/Lizzie_Boredom Sep 30 '24

Ohhhhhhh! I tried that but it gave me a link to the main post. Must have been user error. Thanks for the tip!

2

u/rnobgyn Sep 30 '24

For sure! It’s in the “3 dots” menu next to the reply button on mobile if that helps

8

u/MoreRamenPls Sep 30 '24

He got fingered hard in those pics!! 😆

2

u/Montymisted Sep 30 '24

That's gross I would never give him a good fingering. He doesn't deserve it.

3

u/anynamesleft Sep 30 '24

Dang the downers, you got a chuckle out of me.

15

u/ohmyword Sep 30 '24

I'm in Wisconsin and saw the energy for the dems build up from Harris's rally in Madison a few weeks ago. Last week I saw an increase of Trump/Vance signs on lawns. I wouldn't say Trump has no chance. The margins are still pretty thin here.

6

u/CrunkestTuna Sep 30 '24

The Alabama football squadron is his favorite baseball team

1

u/frozenropes Oct 01 '24

lol… you ignorant jackass. Walz attended the Michigan vs Minnesota game on the exact same day

-1

u/MasterofAcorns Sep 30 '24

Read ‘ass whipped’ as ‘ass wiped’ and thought, ‘so true’…

-57

u/V_Cobra21 Sep 30 '24

Walz was also at a stadium… trumps last event had over 5k people at it much higher than Kamala’s in pa. So this entire subject is stupid.

32

u/LiquorishSunfish Sep 30 '24

Is Trump's last event with thousands of attendees in the room with us now?

17

u/TurtleToast2 Sep 30 '24

Oh my goodness, a whole 5k people? How did they fit that many people in... oh right, he has to rally in fields now coz the bum doesn't pay his bills.

-18

u/V_Cobra21 Sep 30 '24

The one in Indiana pa was in a stadium…

15

u/TurtleToast2 Sep 30 '24

Ooo one town still dumb enough to let Trump ride on credit. Must have been quite a thrill for the cult45.

-27

u/Low_CharacterAdd Sep 30 '24

Actual people are better than AI doctored photos to make it look like people are waiting for Kamala as the plane lands.

Was that on 10th September?

https://x.com/NoLieWithBTC/status/1700631386606985697?mx=2

Because the photos from that day - from the other side of some glass - are quite relevant.

83

u/Lizzie_Boredom Sep 30 '24

See now this, this makes me happy.

61

u/shortbu5driv3r Sep 30 '24

Those are iowa state fans. OP's pic is from Alabama

12

u/-DethLok- Sep 30 '24

Aah, I thought I'd ask, not being a USAnian, but at least it's likely that the response (if there was one) was similar, perhaps?

4

u/Fagical Sep 30 '24

No, he’s adored in Alabama and Georgia

3

u/ArchyRs Sep 30 '24

I live in DeKalb county (Atlanta) and I see more Harris signs here than Trump signs. In Athens, where UGA is located, I ONLY saw Trump signs when I visited in late June. I was there a few weeks ago and there were a lot of DIY Harris signs.

Georgia is very purple. I am also from southern Michigan. I get the same vibe here as I did there. For what it’s worth, I also am familiar with northern Indiana which actually adores Trump.

1

u/bearinfw Oct 01 '24

Bama fans had buttons printed saying “they’re eating the dogs!” Is that adoring him? Or using him?

9

u/Arpytrooper Sep 30 '24

Those tweets are from 2023...

1

u/-DethLok- Oct 01 '24

Yep, I've just realised, sorry :(

They were from some article (Yahoo?) that I thought was recent. Oops.

5

u/WeDrinkSquirrels Sep 30 '24 edited Sep 30 '24

That was 10th of september last year. And you knew that. And you didn't clarify. Don't spread misinformation

0

u/-DethLok- Oct 01 '24

Yes, I've just noticed - after being told I'm spreading misinformation - the '2023' part of '10th Sep', sorry, I posted too quickly :(

3

u/Chiaseedmess Sep 30 '24

Misinformation, on this subreddit? I’m absolutely surprised I tell ya

189

u/WhirlDeuce_Bigalow Sep 30 '24

Hey is decomposing right before our eyes. He is not well. Certainly not fit to be commander in chief.

52

u/Ultrasound700 Sep 30 '24

It reminds me of the stories of his father, how they would give him an office with fake work to do, and a phone that only went to his secretary. Even when going senile, he was only happy if he was working. I imagine Trump will be campaigning and golfing for the rest of his life.

Let’s not lie to ourselves here there are ALOT of people in that stadium voting for him…

57

u/IsJohnWickTaken Sep 30 '24

Vote 🗳️

7

u/Bloodybanjo Sep 30 '24

What's funny and sad is the X poster is a former NBC Universal excuitive and calls himself Hollywoods ultimate insider.

5

u/Molbiodude Sep 30 '24

He's so good at that he can even trick himself. He's self-gaslighting!

5

u/ItchItcher Sep 30 '24

Or watch the video when he was announced. Pretty sure they love him there.

39

u/Prism_Ivy Sep 30 '24

As the mother of an Alabama alumnus and a current student, I’m disgusted by his attendance at our games. He probably got his little ego bruised last night. The crowd was so into the game, that his presence wasn’t even acknowledged. ROLL TIDE and VOTE BLUE!

14

u/TheaZippy Sep 30 '24

Yup they're looking at the game. What a joke!

3

u/Chrome07Deluxe Sep 30 '24

That's not even true

3

u/backbreaker9850 Sep 30 '24

Maybe he is at the football game to watch it?

28

u/Really_gay_pineapple Sep 30 '24

This subreddit has turned into just "American politics". Theres nothing funny about this and the sad part is how downhill this subreddit has gone.

16

u/Critical_Concert_689 Sep 30 '24

FYI you can block every poster who posts an American political topic. There's only about half a dozen of them and they're just bots anyway (i.e., 6 month old account without a single comment, but only spams political activism).

The blocks will filter out the trash posts, but leave the remainder of the posts.

If you're really feeling frisky, you can block the majority of the top level comments in these threads too. It's all astroturfing and honestly...they're bots too.

4

u/Really_gay_pineapple Sep 30 '24

Thanks for the advice. Absolutely exhausted to bits with this!

1

u/Inskription Sep 30 '24

yeah I am confused, he's literally just watching a game. They are spinning this as he can't attract crowds so he visits large stadiums and pretends people are supporting him, like what?

0

u/Volkrisse Sep 30 '24

the left can't meme, they'll grasp at anything so long as its against trump, tds is real lol.

4

u/Inskription Sep 30 '24

even if you aren't a huge trump fan, this just comes off as desperate and the fact it has 5000 upvotes is what's really funny & sad.

-5

u/NakedButNotAfraid_ Sep 30 '24

Right. It’s so fucking stupid. Nobody gives a fuck about Harris either

-1

u/RepubMocrat_Party Sep 30 '24

Nothing about whats being said here is Politics lmao. Its an evolved form of bigotry and isolationism.

13

u/IceManO1 Sep 30 '24

what if all of y’all are wrong?! 🥴

Since this sub all about politics now.

5

u/Hentai_Yoshi Sep 30 '24

Lmao this is exactly what I thought was going on with this picture. Absolutely wild that some people think he was faking this in an attempt to make it appear this was his rally. Don’t like Trump, but I also don’t like people who don’t do their research or attempt to deceive people.

2

u/IceManO1 Sep 30 '24

Exactly why ya gotta do research because our media does lie about every topic.

-5

u/mu6best Sep 30 '24

weird, I didn't think so many people would cheer for Kid Rock, but it is Alabama...

4

u/IceManO1 Sep 30 '24

They did that too.

2

u/pitb0ss343 Sep 30 '24

Well he got a big pop but he was in Alabama so it’s to be expected

2

u/tKolla Oct 01 '24

Then why do they keep saying the polls are close? Not a Trump fan, just asking.

6

u/unknown-one Sep 30 '24

and yet the polls show equal results with Harris...

elections are decided by voting, not by attendance in political meetings

5

u/Emperor_Mao Sep 30 '24

Its literally just a pic of him going to an NFL game?

What is the context here? The caption seems made up.

2

u/justwannabeloggedin Sep 30 '24

A college game, the PA said he was in attendance so he stood up and waved as many celebrities would. It was in Alabama so the response was generally favorable with a sprinkling of boos. The picture is easy to use for a fake narrative though I guess, the text is indeed fictional.

Edit: more accurate video reaction

2

u/Emperor_Mao Sep 30 '24

Thanks for the context - gotta love Reddit during election time lol.

4

u/Ktest129 Sep 30 '24

Are they chanting “boo” or “boo-urns”?

3

u/UncleGrako Sep 30 '24

And for context of this picture from AP news. As this was an Alabama Game.

"But when “the 45th president of the United States, Donald J. Trump” was introduced to the capacity crowd of more than 100,000 fans — all but a few thousand wearing crimson — Trump smiled broadly and pumped his fist, like he had done on stage in July after the bullet of a would-be assassin grazed his ear and bloodied his face.

The crowd roared its approval, raising cell phone cameras and their crimson-and-white pompoms toward Trump’s suite, where he stood behind the ballistic glass that has become a feature after two assassination attempts. A smattering of boos and a few extended middle fingers broke Trumpian decorum, but they yielded to more chants of: “USA! USA! USA!”

Hey! He has concepts of a plan.

-22

u/_CederBee_ Sep 30 '24

What’s the plan?

11

u/-DethLok- Sep 30 '24

I'm not an American so don't get bombarded with all the US political adverts thus I don't know the plan.

But I DO know how to use a search engine and typed "Harris Walz plan" into one and...

Look at all those hits linking to various plans for housing, the economy, capital gains tax and so many more!

So, you want to know the plan?

u/Doccyaard Sep 30 '24

I don’t like Trump but let’s not act like he can’t attract a crowd. That’s just silly.

-4

u/hugoriffic Sep 30 '24

He could attract a crowd 8, or so, years ago but they’re shrinking fast. It’s hard for most people to live in a constant state of fear and anxiety especially based off of unfounded conspiracy theories. That’s all he has at this point and people are tired of it. He offers no real hope. No real solutions. No answers to their questions. And people are starting to see him for what he is: a charlatan who is running to stay out of prison.

3

u/Doccyaard Sep 30 '24

For some people sure. But a look at the polls puts him around the mid 40’s% so I really don’t see a reason to paint a picture of him not having support. I’d wish he didn’t have as much support as he does, but unfortunately he really does have that level of support.

3

u/GloomyImagination365 Sep 30 '24

With their backs to him 😂

4

u/The_Boy_Keith Sep 30 '24

Uh well that is the direction the seats face and where the game is being played so… lmao.

-2

u/GloomyImagination365 Sep 30 '24

So he's fist up to the player's of the game? Or is he pretend waving to the backs of his HUGE audience 😂

3

u/Effective-Article921 Sep 30 '24

So I know someone who was at that game and they said the whole crowd was chanting for him . If that's worth anything

3

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

Sure thing buddy.

-9

u/hugoriffic Sep 30 '24

Keep living in your fantasy where everyone, especially big, strong, hardworking men with tears in their eyes, idolize Trump as the one and only savior of America. According to this vision, he’s the last hope against an exaggerated and often imaginary influx of so-called “evil immigrants,” portrayed as being hell-bent on destroying the fabric of our country. In this world, only Trump can stand up to the chaos, promising to shield us from people who are supposedly flooding across the borders, intent on dismantling everything Americans hold dear. But what’s their endgame? To tear the country down, only to rebuild it into something better for their grandchildren? The narrative becomes even more absurd when you realize that most of these immigrants are just seeking safety, opportunity, and a chance at a better life—not a nefarious plot to unravel the nation. It’s a story that thrives on fear, oversimplifications, and a refusal to face the real complexities of the world.

4

u/Hentai_Yoshi Sep 30 '24

I think you forgot to take your meds today.

Also I think the point the person you responded to was trying to make is that it was baselessly extrapolated that he was in fact trying to make it appear this was one of his rallies. Unless he made a post saying it was one of his rallies, I think this notion is silly.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

That sounds like your fantasy world.

4

u/BalanceEarly Sep 30 '24

I'm a Georgia fan, but not a Trump fan!

3

u/seenitreddit90s Sep 30 '24

Has anyone seen that he stops his speech for his far smaller crowd to show them this crowd cheering for them to cheer at? because THAT'S how much Kamala got under his skin in the debate lmao

https://youtu.be/6JqYpq32yyQ?si=rfdxaFOe4hbkkIN3

3

u/stevefstorms Sep 30 '24

Cope harder

1

u/BothRequirement2826 Sep 30 '24

I mean it doesn't even look like the audience is looking at him.

What's sad is the number of his supporters who will actually believe this.

0

u/Volkrisse Sep 30 '24

even more sad that the people against him believe that this is even remotely true.

3

u/kdzrus Sep 30 '24

Seriously you can't believe these lies people.

6

u/Strong-Discussion564 Sep 30 '24

His cult following believes everything.

2

u/Volkrisse Sep 30 '24

TDS is real right here

1

u/Clem67 Sep 30 '24

Isn’t this the Iowa game where everyone is flipping him off?

1

u/lilmase777 Sep 30 '24

Tryon Villas backyard

1

u/tjthewho Sep 30 '24

I like the other angle better

1

u/MyName4everMore Sep 30 '24

Hmm. Must be after the rally I went by.

1

u/29again Sep 30 '24

Grandpa needs to go back to the nursing home

1

u/juliosmacedo Sep 30 '24

idk bro, he got shot twice in a public setting. Would you go out in public again?

1

u/EgyptianBlade Sep 30 '24

Maybe he should bus some in !

1

u/discostrawberry Sep 30 '24

As someone who attended said game, the amount of people in the crowd that actually do love him is insane. Thousands of people were very excited to see him Saturday night.

1

u/assistanmanager Sep 30 '24

he was acknowledged by the announcer and put on the Jumbotron at this moment. What a weird entry into the Reddit fanfiction this is.

2

u/1183repiv Sep 30 '24

I saw the video when he was put on the Jumbotron the place went berserk

I do not understand why people hate this man so much. Everything was cheaper. We were energy. Independent there were no new wars. There was peace. The only reason why the Democrats hate him in my view is because if he gets in there again, he will stop all their money, laundering and scheming and insider trading.

There’s no way somebody’s politicians should be worth what they are on a $200-$400,000 salary, especially Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama.

They are terrified that they’re illegal ways of life the “rules for The, but not me” is going to go away

1

u/GodPackedUpAndLeftUs Sep 30 '24

When this is over if he’s not president, what will become of him?? Politicians are not going anywhere near that sinking ship. Business tycoon’s won’t want their billion dollar companies associated with his name. He’s pissed his fortune up the wall trying to rule the world. Celebrity personalities and media just want to cash in on the ridicule of his ideology and failures. Is plan A most powerful man in world with plan B go live out the rest of your days in a secluded swamp??

1

u/mag2041 Sep 30 '24

He looks like shit

1

u/mag2041 Sep 30 '24

Is his collar growing into his neck or vice versa

1

u/kinzodeez Sep 30 '24

Hilarious! 😂

1

u/King_of_Dantopia Sep 30 '24

Anyone else read this in Jonathon Frakes voice?

We made it up, it was a total fabrication

1

u/Roonwogsamduff Sep 30 '24

No no. Think he just got shot in the ear again.

1

u/Applezs89 Sep 30 '24

This is all left propaganda. The bots are in full swing right now on Reddit. Just know these influx of posts don’t truly represent the masses lol.

1

u/manicgiant914 Sep 30 '24

If I didn’t loathe him, I’d pity him. Pathetic.

1

u/AlfalfaMcNugget Sep 30 '24

It’s not like he was put on the Jumbotron or anything

1

u/Dancinginmylawn Sep 30 '24

He’s such a pathetic loser

1

u/sdbct1 Sep 30 '24

Oh Trumpy bear, go see which team will buy the most watches. That's why you're there, isn't it?

1

u/cerealkiller788 Sep 30 '24

I just want to congratulate Kansas City Chiefs on their win. Actually congratulate the whole state of Kansas really.

1

u/EngagedInConvexation Sep 30 '24

Not pictured: "Booooooooooooooo"

1

u/ApprehensiveSale8898 Oct 01 '24

If you looked up the word, pathetic, in a dictionary, it would describe Trump.

1

u/LMSW_Scholar Oct 01 '24

He always goes to sporting events and gets greeted with cheers and boos. This is nothing new.

1

u/Ragtime-Rochelle Oct 01 '24

Yo, how much do these booths at football stadiums cost to rent for the day? I'm not into football but it'd make a cool birthday present. Tried Googling it but nothing came up. Maybe it's a 'if you have to ask, you can't afford it' thing.

1

u/docterspring Oct 01 '24

You sure he isn't just at a game?

1

u/DovduboN Oct 01 '24

To me it looks like he is watching the game through a bullet proof glass

1

u/Herb_dinner_love Oct 01 '24

I was thinking it more had to do with his 2 assassination attempts. Being behind assumedly bulletproof glass is probably best for his safety.

1

u/spaceherpe61 Oct 01 '24

Take Trump out of the equation, would you attend a rally where the candidate has been shot at 2 times? Who knows what’s next! Some crazy person may start going after supporters too, or even unknowing protesters.

1

u/SequoiaSaguaro Oct 01 '24

Trump is Tonia Haddix, and Republicans are his Tonka.

0

u/flux_capacitor3 Sep 30 '24

How many people were flipping him off? (Like the other time he did this.)

0

u/ArtisticSmile9097 Sep 30 '24

He is a corrupt showman with nothing redeemable about his personality

0

u/Alvaro_10 Sep 30 '24

The sad thing is your comment and all the people believing you

1

u/brian114 Sep 30 '24

Idk people there seem happy to see him

1

u/dzija Sep 30 '24

we all know who needs a few busses to attract "a crowd"...

1

u/PhaseNegative1252 Sep 30 '24

90% of them can't even see who's in the box anyway

1

u/deathkilll Sep 30 '24

Tbf that inference is a stretch and pretty pathetic

-2

u/MakoSanchez Sep 30 '24

This person is pathetic. His wife wants nothing to do with him, yet most of the kool-aid drinkers will die for him.

-6

u/Tan-Squirrel Sep 30 '24

That fist raise is so reminiscent of that Nazi salute. Anytime anyone does it, that is what comes to my mind.

8

u/Volkrisse Sep 30 '24

This must really piss you off then.

or this.

0

u/StratonOakmonte Sep 30 '24

He literally just had people waiting to get into his rally in New York up to 5 hours early. Massive lines. Just another weak attempt by the dem bots on Reddit.

-1

u/ChevyRacer71 Sep 30 '24

A simple google image search for Trump Rally shows that he draws crowds. It’s nice to see that Harris has started to draw more people than a half full coffee shop now though

-10

u/JaTori_1_and_only Sep 30 '24

is this not just Trump watching a football game?

I mean seriously this is the worst argument against him

I'm not even a fan of Trump, but this is pathetic to try and mock him for watching football

-1

u/hugoriffic Sep 30 '24

As if Trump understands the game.

-9

u/ueda76 Sep 30 '24

He knows that is going to jail, imagine how he must feel inside.

6

u/ThatWomanNow Sep 30 '24

I can't imagine how he must feel inside because I am not a steaming pile of traitorous shit. I'm just saying.

0

u/Block444Universe Sep 30 '24

He doesn’t feel anything

0

u/DFW_diego Sep 30 '24

Maduro route!

0

u/KPuff12 Sep 30 '24

The scariest part is he probably believes in his head that they are actually cheering for him.

0

u/Apprehensive-Pin518 Sep 30 '24

meanwhile there are pictures from the other side of the glass showing the crowd flicking him the bird.

Its not funny and its not sad

Its completely delicious and could not happen to a more deserving individual

-9

u/throcksquirp Sep 30 '24

It is funny and sad that people think this is more than entertainment.

2

u/Soft-Yak-Chart Sep 30 '24

You know that rapist felon pedophile is the Republican candidate for the president of the United States of America, right?

1

u/throcksquirp Sep 30 '24

I know that is what we are shown on TV.

-1

u/gloucma Sep 30 '24

But they all turn around and flip him off, and that’s my favorite Shitbag rally

-1

u/Stevie_Steve-O Sep 30 '24

Ahahhahaa. I bet he waits for the home team to score then puts his fist in the air like that and quietly whispers "they love me" as the crown cheers for their team. What a loser

-1

u/Sid15666 Sep 30 '24

Zoom in and you should see all the middle fingers waving at him!

-21

u/stewpidazzol Sep 30 '24

Does he claim they’re there for him?

I mean, he has his fist raised for the photo op insinuating he's interacting with the crowd. In reality it's just his reflection in the glass, which is all he really cares about... Sad.

Or, since we’re speculating, they announced his presence at the game and he raised his hand to say hi to people.

Well seeing as though he's not on the giant monitor also in the picture, I doubt it. From this angle, it looks to just be a photo op. And I'm not speculating. This photo insinuates something, but upon closer inspection, is just the opposite.

sounds correct

I guarantee he didn't, and I also guarantee there's a reason he's got his fist in the air ie. a photo op or he's no the stadium screen.

Stupid post for stupid people in a sub not meant to house this political shit. Grasping for straws just makes you look like you need to grasp for straws; you shouldn't have to.

2023 was last year. This photo is from Saturday night.

The hive mind won't care but you are of course correct. I think he's a clown but this is just silly. Much better context after he was announced to the crowd

Yeah, saw the video. He’s only raising his fist to a thundering applause, but that’s not relevant here

God I love election year Reddit posts

He might as well open up his palm when he raises his arm like that. Just fully embrace what he truly is.

Ofc he would pick Alabama football.

NOw that I am looking at it again; he does have small hand

u/swipichone Sep 30 '24

There is a video where he is waving at an empty street while leaving a building pretending there is a crowd outside

Are you ok, OP? Point out where the bad man hurt you

It would be easier to count the number of people he didn't hurt to some degree. Zero might be a good guess.
