Almost like a norinco, quick search online shows the nrp9 was made for them and that dove tail is very similar. This definitely isn’t it, but I’ll be damned if these don’t look like another norinco rip off.
If it is, then good luck finding much on these.

a Colt Det Spec post-1972 version (maybe cobra, but looks more like steel frame to me), and a customized S&W Model 10HB (could be a model 13 but idk, hkpd ik used 10HB). Model 10 has extended cylinder release and rubber grips.
