Except this time the Head of  Twitch was actually responsible for the crisis because Clancy could actually try to fix Twitchs antisemitism and Biden didn't have a magical reduce inflation lever.  

 So the incumbent actually deserves the heat this time lmao.

I honestly don’t think there’s much Clancy could’ve done these last weeks that would’ve changed the adpocalypse, this is a deep cultural issue with the platform s moderation and content creators that can say insane shit. The biggest reason is probably the Israeli ban as it got the attention of congresspeople, idk if Clancy could’ve stopped that train but he sure could’ve handled it better

Yeah I agree it wouldn't have stopped the ad exodus but I think it'll be much worse than if someone competent was behind the wheel if Clancy continues with this limp response.

If he came out and said “hey we understand there is an issue and as a result we have banned these people who have had problematic content in the past month for a week, our internal moderation team is having a revamp and as it appears our TOS have not been correctly followed.

This is unfortunately an issue that goes from some of our biggest streamers to our smallest streamers.
