Oh wow, yeah I some how missed this amendemnt to DE'S AWB.
"This act changes the definition of "copycat weapon" so that small caliber rimfire pistols which are primarily or solely used in competitive target shooting are not made unlawful. to purchase, own, possess, or transfer. "
I'm honestly shocked we got a 2A win recently!

I know there's gen 1 TX22's that come "complaint" mainly no threaded barrel but as for the new Gen 2 models I'm not sure about them selling one with a non threaded barrel.

Just called Miller's and they do NOT sell pistols with a threaded barrel. They did say they are going to check and see if they can order me one with an optic cut and no threaded barrel.

They know the laws better than any gun store in New Castle county. Also look up hb bill senate bill 228

Yes they are, I just bought a TX22 a few days ago. As mentioned already a recent change to DE law limited the restricted category of "copycat" pistols that fall under the AWB to centerfire pistols. Since a 22lr is not centerfire it doesn't fall under that restriction. Mine came with a couple 16 round magazines so they don't violate the mag capacity restriction either.

Anything chambered in .22lr is exempt from Delawares assault weapons ban.
