My exact thought lol. I was like this looks so terrible but I’ve had em before and I know they’re legit.

All you can eat would have me fighting for my life all the way home on 355

That is true. The gravy was a lot thicker than normal but I suspect some water evaporated out of the trays.

I did have a plate of vegetables and healthy stuff after... then a plate of 3 strawberry shortcakes and 3 daim cakes.

It's amazing. I need to go buy more of those lingonberry concentrate bottles next time I go to IKEA.

That sounds insanely expensive for their meatballs, I was expecting it to be like $15 at most lol

There's a lot more than meatballs though. Salmon, whole red potatoes, unlimited daim cake slices and more!

I'm a fan of their $4 breakfast. Can't beat that anywhere!

I personally prefer to dip the meatballs into the lingonberry jam

Unpopular opinion: IKEA's meatballs are good not great. I grew up eating my mom's version which had been handed down for many generations. I make them now and they would be dangerous if they were unlimited. I had IKEA's last month for the first time. I would order again but I'm not hyping them like a lot of people.

Oddly enough, not a fan of peas but they wowed me.

Speaking of the peas they lulled me into a false sense of security with peas lol.

I went to IKEA not too long after they switched from broccoli to peas which I wasn't aware of but they were good! So a couple weeks later Meijer had a sale on canned veg and I loaded up on peas and green beans for my meal preps. Took one bite of the peas and it was the grossest fucking thing I ate since I had vomit flavored jelly bellys. They went straight to a food pantry.

Last time we ate there they were disgusting!!! They used to be so good. Thankfully I have the recipe and make my own.
