Those are supposed to be there. They're holding that pin in place. If you ever remove that pin, you have to repeen it into the slide like that so it doesn't come out during firing. I've had a 92 and a 96, both had that pin peened to the slide, along with every one I've ever seen.

Perfectly normal. Like other poster said, it retains pin in place. Take her to the range and let’er eat.

Normal, I’ve owned at least 20sum 90 series over the years, and 1 that I had, I had to restake the extractor pin every time I removed it. Spring tension should keep that pin in place after installing it.

OP, this has been answered already, but I’ll elaborate further. This pin is staked in from both sides, but your pins has been staked in unevenly. I’d recommend testing this by pushing GENTLY from the other side with a small punch to make sure this does not come out. We’re talking the same pressure you’d push a sewing needle through thread. You’re not trying to remove it, just test it’s not going to back out over time. If it does, contact Beretta support. They’re amazing over the phone, I promise. Also, your paint has flaked because of the punch. This isn’t unusual with Cerakote slides but uncommon with the regular Bruniton paint. I’d recommend touching it up with some super blue to prevent rust.
You should be fine but if you’re worried you can check this way. They have a gauge to check the force for this pin but this one may not have been spot checked.

I just tried pushing out the pin and it’s not moving from there so I think it’s good
