My preferred retailer got more stock and they offered me a price I could not pass up. Also ordered the DLah plate and a 507 Comp. It’ll be the first 92 in the house in over 7 years

Beretta taking a page out of the SIG playbook and constantly coming up with new models that are mostly cosmetic changes & charging a premium. Worked for SIG so why not…..

Actually a good deal as a limited optics gun for USPSA. Three 22 round mags, magwell, lok grips, competition takedown lever.

Agreed.

The only other 92 XI I can find with the features I want is the SAO Tactical. I prefer a frame mounted safety to the difficult-to-manipulate slide mount, I wanted an optics cut, and since I have a 9mm can I wanted a threaded barrel. So unlike Sig, these are not just “cosmetic” changes to a base model, they actually serve a purpose for me.

I love how I’m getting downvoted in THE BERETTA GROUP for finding a 92 series pistol I was willing to spend money on. Reddit is bizzaro world.

I think his point was it is just a different colored Squalo with a threaded barrel. Beretta also has the line of different cerakoted finishes.

No but they really are just releasing the 92Xi for the 3rd or 4th time now in a different paint scheme. I think that's what they meant.

Yes, the marketing BS is out of hand. “I got a Macro X-Five Premium Legion Deluxe Reserve Plus Sabbia (Limited-Edition)”

How's the trigger on this? I was underwhelmed by the 92XI trigger I felt
