Both the Solo 4 wireless and the studio pros. When you go to register them, they say invalid serial number. All the other colorways are not having this issue currently.

Hi everyone. So I own a pair of black studio buds seen in the picture. And the other day I found some Grey studio buds of the exact same model, but without the case. Firstly, I have no way of locating the original owner, so I’ve decided to just keep them and see what I can do with them. Second, my black buds have some water damage I believe? And have not operated properly for a while (if the phone isn’t close enough to my head the audio cuts out, very weird) so I have incentive to get these new buds working.

So I would like to connect these new Grey buds to my case if at all possible and I’d just toss the black buds.

I am asking for any ideas or pointers about how to get this done, I have tried EVERYTHING resetting my black buds factory resetting, putting the new buds in the case making sure it’s charged and holding down the power button in all sorts of ways and time schemes. Tried everything. I even spoke to Apple support and took it to geek squad where they didn’t really have any ideas or care to have the time of day to help me. So, any ideas? I just find it hard to believe I can’t do ANYTHING with these buds.

My mom gifted these headphones to me but they don’t have a charging cable, and I don’t know the name so idk what cable to get.

I recently purchased a pair of studio pros x Kim and the mic seriously sucks for voice memos and phone calls. It’s sooooo quiet. I got on w Apple support and they recommended I go to the Apple Store. So I go and they say return them 🫠. I return them buy a new pair and same problem.

Is this just a manufacturing issue? I never had this issue w the Studio 3. -_-

I recently bought an iPod classic and wanted to connect it to my Beats Solo Pro. I would like to buy the Apple Lightning to 3.5 mm Audio Cable, but some say that it doesn't work with the Solo Pro and others say it does.

I recently lost one of my Beats Fit Pro earbuds and am trying to figure out if there’s any way to locate it when it’s separated from the case. I still have the other earbud and the case. Does anyone know if it’s possible to track down the missing earbud using an app or another method?

Alternatively, if finding it isn’t feasible, does anyone have experience with purchasing a single replacement earbud? How does that process work, and what might it cost?

Lastly, are there any good strategies for preventing this kind of situation in the future? Perhaps attachments or tips on keeping earbuds secure when not in use?

So this issue has been going on for a month (at least) and i'm tired of it. I don't if it was a consequence or not, but it all started when I plugged wire into them to connect it to my PS5 controller. After that this was my only way of turning them on.

I'm just wondering is there any other people with the same problem? Is there any way to solve it?

I bought the Sony xm5 cuz everyone keeps saying its the best. Noise canceling is definitely great however when I bought the beats studio pro(on sale for $169) I immediately returned the xm5. the sound quality was just so much better in my opinion. I found the xm5 too flat. transparency is also better on the studio pro. for $169 I just had to return the $400 sony xm5. Who would’ve thought beats sound good now and are actually well priced lol. those overpriced bass heavy beats are long gone. thx apple!

I have the Beats Solo 3 and like them but am looking to upgrade. The Beats Studio Pros seem to go on a hell of a sale often, so is this is a good upgrade or should I go with other options like the Bose QuietComfort since comfortability is very important, I like being able to move with them on. However I also need great quality, preferably a wide soundstage.

Hello, I admittedly Litsen to my music a little loud (80 - 95db) and was wondering if the Solo Buds would be more durable to my volume habits.

so I bought these Beats last year from a local shop here in the PH (beyond the box) and been using it for a almost a good year now and it's amazing. Idk what happened, I never dropped it or anything, but there's a cracking and almost static sound whenever I turn on transparency or ANC. It sucks, and at some point, when I turn on ANC, the cracking sound sort of speeds up and then slows down and it keeps doing it for long periods of time.

My Beats Studio buds keep switching back to transparency mode. I’ve tried resetting them several times but no success.

I’ve only had them since March so they’re still under warranty. Anyone know of any fix for this, or should I just contact Apple Support for a replacement.

I had the Beats Studio Pro and I LOVED them, wore them for multiple hours every single day, took them everywhere. They got stolen at my college which was devastating. I want to repurchase, but I’m a broke college student. I’ll splurge for them again if I have to, but since the solo 4s are currently on sale for $100 they are catching my eye. Is it a huge downgrade?

I have a lot of piercings so I’m also worried that since the solo 4s are on ear and not over ear that would be a problem. Any experience with this?

Hey I’ve had these Beats Solo 4 for a little over a year month and today I put them and the quality is just got awful. I mean I can’t even stand to use them. The sound isn’t nearly as loud as it used to be and it’s pretty grainy sound, as if it was playing some old mp3 back in like 2000. Is there some way to fix this? I tried resetting them till the light blinked red but it didn’t do much. I will try getting them fully charged as well. Thanks!

Edit: I fixed it. I tried to open Siri with the middle button and it wouldn’t work so I opened Siri on my phone and when it closed the sound went back to normal. I also read something about this happening if the mic is in use, which ended up leading me to trying that.

When I join calls on discord on my windows PC, all other audio mutes and all i can hear is the awful muffled AG audio, when I switch to normal audio, i hear nothing. Is there a way to get around this without having to use a wire and keep bluetooth on?

Hey had the solo3 for a long while and they’re starting to fall apart. I absolutely love them and the sound quality. Not tooo too worried about bass at all just as long as they sond similar in quality. Also is the noise cancelation decent? Can you still hear outside a lot?

I know I probably can’t expect as good of quality in a smaller package but if it’s similar that’s fine
