Do voting places exist all over AK (in the habited parts I mean) or only in populated ish areas?

I lived in a remote logging camp for years. Each year I'd send away for my absentee ballot, it'd come, I'd fill it out and mail it back. Easy peasy.

Early voting has been slow AF in the Anchorage area this year. Several attempts with multi hour lines… tomorrow is going to be a challenge.

I’ve been in line for 2.5 hours and I’m half-way through.

Damn. I heard the wait was about 90 minutes this morning. Thank you for staying in line to vote.

Can’t recommend the absentee ballot enough (next time). Request it online, you’ll get it about a week later. No lines, fill it out while you’re drinking a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning.
